What is included in the monthly class fee?
Each plan covers scheduled class time, instructor guidance, and use of our studio space in Port Said. Costume and recital fees are included in the Standard and All-Access plans but billed separately for the Starter plan.
Can I switch between dance styles during my plan?
Yes, Standard and All-Access members can mix ballet, hip-hop, and Latin classes within their weekly allowance. Starter plan members choose one primary style but may request a switch at the start of a new month.
Do you offer discounts for siblings or families?
Yes, families enrolling more than one child receive a reduced rate on the second and additional enrollments under the All-Access plan. Contact our office for current family pricing details.
Is there a registration fee in addition to monthly pricing?
A one-time registration fee applies for new students to cover enrollment paperwork and a starter uniform. This fee is separate from the monthly class pricing listed above.
What is the refund policy if my child stops attending?
Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once classes for that month have started. If you need to pause or cancel, notify us before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Are trial classes available before committing to a plan?
Yes, new students can join a single trial class at a reduced rate before choosing a monthly plan. This lets you experience our teaching style and studio environment in Port Said firsthand.
